What happens when I run out of credits?
You can still view all your case data, upload documents, and manage your case — you just can't trigger AI analysis or chat until the next reset or you upgrade.

No — credits reset monthly based on your billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over, so use them!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop to the free tier.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your case data is stored securely with row-level security — only you can access it. We do not train on your data.
What document formats are supported?
PDFs, plain text, and Word documents. PDFs are the most common format for legal documents and have full text extraction support.
