Your chat history and how it’s saved
How conversations are stored, organized by case, and preserved over time.

Conversations are saved automatically
Every conversation with the AI assistant is saved automatically, so you never lose a useful answer. Close the tab, come back tomorrow, and your thread is right where you left it. There is nothing to manually save.
Organized by case
Chats are tied to the case you were working on, so when you open a matter you see the conversations that belong to it. This keeps the assistant’s context clean — questions about your eviction stay with the eviction case, separate from your other matters.
Picking up where you left off
Because history is preserved, the assistant can build on earlier parts of a conversation across sessions. You can scroll back to re-read an explanation, continue a thread you started last week, or start a fresh conversation when you want a clean slate.
Privacy and retention
Your conversations are private to your account and are not shared with opposing parties, courts, or other users. Chat history is retained to support continuity on your case; you can delete individual conversations from your account. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
Managing your history
If you want to remove a conversation, delete it from the chat history for that case. If you close a case, related conversations can be preserved and disassociated so your record of advice and reasoning is not lost.
